By accessing or using the Sora Luxury Stays website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and registered members of Sora Luxury Stays.

All booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Sora Luxury Stays. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and any required payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payment is required in full as specified in your booking confirmation. All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Sora Luxury Stays does not store your card details.

If payment is not received by the stated deadline, your booking may be cancelled and the property released for other guests.

Cancellation terms will be specified in your individual booking confirmation. In general, cancellations made within 14 days of check-in may not be eligible for a refund.

Sora Luxury Stays reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to property damage, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Guests are expected to treat all Sora properties with the same care they would afford their own home. Any damage caused during a stay will be the responsibility of the lead guest.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. Unauthorised pets, parties, or events are not permitted unless agreed in writing in advance.

Sora Luxury Stays reserves the right to terminate a stay early and request the property be vacated if guest conduct is deemed unacceptable, without refund.

Sora Luxury Stays takes reasonable care to ensure that all properties are safe, clean, and accurately described. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of a property, except where required by law.

We do not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings during a stay.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and the Sora Luxury Stays brand, is the exclusive property of Sora Luxury Stays and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, or interfere with its normal operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these terms.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
